Shipping policy

Shipping is charged at a flat rate to help cover freight costs.

Our products are shipped from supplier distribution centres.
Some orders cost more to ship and some cost less , a flat rate keeps
checkout simple and fair overall. We do not profit from shipping charges.

For larger, bulk, or mixed orders, customers may choose
“Pay by Invoice (Shipping Confirmed First)” at checkout.
We will confirm exact shipping before payment is required.

Large or bulky orders may incur additional freight charges.
If this applies, we will always contact you prior to dispatch.

We do not offer warehouse or supplier pickup.
All wholesale orders are dispatched via courier.
