Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

Wholesale Apparel HQ complies with Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.


Change-of-Mind Purchases

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Incorrect colour selection

  • Incorrect style or product choice

  • Ordering the wrong item

  • No longer wanting the item after purchase

Please review product descriptions, sizing information, and product images carefully before placing your order.


Size & Product Information

We make every effort to provide accurate product descriptions, measurements, and size guides where available.

Sizing can vary between brands, styles, and garment types, and customers are responsible for reviewing sizing charts and product information before purchasing.

If you are unsure about sizing prior to placing an order, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.

Returns or refunds cannot be provided for incorrect size selection or change-of-mind purchases.


Colour & Product Appearance

Product colours may appear slightly different depending on screen settings, lighting, and manufacturing variations.

Minor colour variation between images and the final product does not constitute a fault.


Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, it will be handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Depending on the issue, you may be entitled to a:

  • Repair

  • Replacement

  • Refund

If you believe an item is faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with photos and a description of the issue so we can assess and assist.


Custom, Printed or Decorated Items

Customised items, including items that have been printed, embroidered, decorated, or personalised, cannot be returned or refunded unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Please ensure all artwork, sizing, and product selections are correct before approving production.


Return Authorisation

All returns must be authorised before being sent back.

Please contact us to obtain return instructions prior to returning any items.

Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted.


Item Condition

Returned items must be:

  • Unused

  • Unwashed

  • Unworn

  • In original condition

  • With original packaging where applicable

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or used after delivery cannot be returned.


Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Where a return is approved due to a fault or error, we will provide instructions for the return process.
